​Our ZEN @ Work program is ZENworks' workplace wellness solution designed to build resilience, reduce stress, and strengthen focus through movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices. This evidence-based workshop supports employee well-being and promotes a more connected, productive work environment.

The session is 2 hours long and led by a certified ZENworks facilitator. It includes an overview of the science behind mindfulness and workplace resilience, followed by an experiential class with accessible yoga movements, breathing techniques, and guided mindfulness. All practices are adaptable for standing or seated participation—no mats required. A take-home toolkit reinforces the session’s theme with practical strategies for everyday use.
